So excited to renew our lease here this month! The staff here is very helpful and the team overall are excellent. Always keeping the property clean and taking care of work orders in a timely manner when requested. Highly recommend this community.

Maintenance completes work orders within 48 hours. They're very nice! One time I was walking out to throw my trash & one of the guys took it for me. Haven't had any issues with bugs. No security issues either. The buildings are all lit and the community is quiet. Easy access to the freeway & stores.

Recently moved in and I’m very happy with the place! Great price, location is relatively secure and the actual buildings are well maintained. The staff has been more than helpful getting us moved in quickly and are always very responsive to any questions I have. Loryssa has been an absolute sweetheart from day one and my neighbors have all been kind and friendly, and let me pet their sweet dogs! Looking forward to this next year at Citrus!
